SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. My guest Beni Johnson and her husband Bill Johnson have traveled the world, probably seen more miracles than anyone alive. Yet when you go into the average church that believes in miracles and you say, I want you to be honest, raise your hand if you’d like to be physically healed, 98 percent of the hands go up. Something is wrong. God spoke to my guest Beni and told her how to fix it. Are you interested? Me, too. You know Beni, I’ve interviewed your husband Bill Johnson several times here and I don’t know what it is, but I love the story of one night the fire of God comes on him, and he’s kicking up and down, and thrashing. Then the third night you wake up. What did you observe?

BENI: When I woke up I saw a man in our waterbed, my husband, kicking and jerking his limbs. He had no control over them. And I looked over at him and just started laughing because it was so funny.

SID: I mean, he is humiliated.

BENI: Yes.

SID: His wife is laughing at him.

BENI: And I lost all control. I just started laughing uncontrollably and then he started laughing, too, as well. It was quite the entertainment.

SID: But Bill has anointing, a fabulous anointing for miracles and you two were running a renewal for dozens, several dozen years or so.

BENI: Yes.

SID: And I’ve seen people that have run a renewal where the presence of God comes into their congregation. They wear themselves out.

BENI: Yes.

SID: And one day you went to the doctor.

BENI: Yes.

SID: And it was your wake-up call.

BENI: Yes.

SID: I imagine you were sleeping very little. You were eating all the wrong stuff. Am I right?

BENI: You’re right.

SID: So what happened with your wake-up call?

BENI: Well I went to the doctor. The doctor said, “You have high blood pressure and you know you’re going to have to take care of that.” And I was also overweight.

SID: And you also in your family line people died young.

BENI: Yeah. I have heart disease in my family line. But the thing that really cinched it for me was that I woke up one morning and God spoke to me, and he said, “I want you well for the long haul.”

SID: So you had to start somewhere. How did you start?

BENI: Well I walked into the kitchen. I said, “Okay Holy Spirit, what are you going to do?” Because he’s the one who told me, and that’s the great thing about it is partnering with the Holy Spirit. And he said, “I want you to get off of sugar, refined sugar.”

SID: Was that a problem?

BENI: Oh my goodness, yes it was. I was a sugar addict. I could literally eat a pound of chocolate in an afternoon and love every moment of it. I just said, “Okay, you’re going to have to help me.” And I started eating better, which always helps curb that craving, a lot of green vegetables and stuff, and it took two months to get off that addiction. And I began to feel better. Things began to happen and it’s just been this journey. But what I tell people is in this process I’ve given myself a lot of grace. And if there are times that I can’t eat the way I’m supposed to eat then I make up for it when I’m home.

SID: You call it partnering with the Holy Spirit.

BENI: I do, yeah.

SID: Explain that.

BENI: Well the thing is, is that we are a body, soul and spirit, and God, I believe, is just as interested in your body being well as your soul and your spirit. We are a temple of the Holy Spirit and the Bible tells us that. And it is our responsibility to cherish our bodies and to take care of us, and we need to learn the tools to be able to do that.

SID: Many believers don’t take care of themselves and they say, well I’m doing this for God, so he’ll take care of me. There’s something wrong in that thinking.

BENI: Yeah, there is because God has made us responsible and we need to love ourselves enough to take care of ourselves.

SID: A woman came up to you.

BENI: Yeah.

SID: In a hopeless, helpless state because Beni has been teaching on this area for a while since God spoke to her, and she weighed 450 pounds. What did she say and what did you say?

BENI: She said, “I’d love to meet with you.” She came and we met, and we just sat down. She goes, “I’ve tied every diet you can imagine.” And we know that diets don’t work. “Can you help me?” And I said, “Yeah, I can help you.” So I told her what to do. But then we started talking about soul issues because we are so connected body, soul and spirit that a lot of times this, our overweight, our obesity problem has to do with the emotional side, our soul, our mind. And when I talked to her about the spirit and the Holy Spirit partnering with her a light bulb went on to her. She goes, “I’ve never done that. That is a great idea. I’m going to start doing that.” And for the first time she started seeing results. And she actually, when I was talking to her, she had started journaling her process and talking to God through this whole process to help her. And that’s what I love. I love that God wants to partner with us in this. It’s important to him.

SID: Now when the doctor told you, you had high blood pressure and heart issues, overweight, he gave you a why, why you should do this.

BENI: Yes.

SID: I mean, it was life critical.

BENI: Yes.

SID: But you say everyone should have a why. Explain that.

BENI: Yes. That is the first thing I will tell people in this lifestyle change because it is a lifestyle change, is that you have to find out why you are doing this. What’s your reason? Because those days that I don’t want to go to the gym or I’d like to go to get a hamburger and French fries, and a milkshake, I have to remind myself of why I’m doing this, and it’s because God told me, “I want you well.” And in obedience to God I have to do that.

SID: Medical science is finally catching up to the Bible. You know, the Bible says, “A merry heart is good medicine.” Science has found laughing is good medicine.

BENI: Yes.

SID: It’s unbelievable. Tell me what you found out through your research.

BENI: Well I had adrenal fatigue. And I went home, and I started researching how to heal naturally from adrenal fatigue.

SID: What are the symptoms of adrenal fatigue?

BENI: Depression, exhaustion, totally overwhelming. I couldn’t even look at my emails. It’s just, you can’t deal with stuff. Every day I would come home and put my pajamas on, and that’s all I could do. So I just thought I’ve got to heal. And the doctor said it will probably take you six months to a year to heal. And one of the things that I found that helps heal adrenal fatigue is laughter. And I just love that. I went, well I can do that. And so I started watching funny movies, funny shows, anything to get me to laugh.

SID: What did you watch?

BENI: The Andy Griffith Show.

SID: Okay. I can buy that.

BENI: And I was so sad when it was over, the series was over. I just laughed, anything that I could do to find myself laughing. You know, a child laughs 400 times a day and a 40-year-old adult laughs four times a day on the average.

SID: And Jesus said, “We have to become like a little child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

BENI: Yes.

SID: We have to laugh more.

BENI: That was a loaded answer Jesus gave.

SID: Yes.

BENI: That wasn’t just become like a child. That is in all aspects. And I hung around with my grandchildren a lot because they know how to laugh. Laughter helps you de-stress. It releases the happy hormone. It helps your heart. It helps all kinds of things. It’s just amazing.

SID: And you have to tell me about something that’s so important, worshiping God.

BENI: Yes.

SID: And tell me about that invisible clock.

BENI: Now that was another thing I found in my research only through a friend. I had a friend come in and speak at one of our conferences and I noticed that she was, she would kind of pause every like ten minutes or so. So afterwards, I asked her, I said, “What’s going on with you?” She goes, “I have an invisible clock on my pants that I just hook there, and I have it set to vibrate every ten minutes to remind me to worship God.” And my first thought was, well that’s kind of cheesy. I mean, why do I need to be reminded to worship God? Well life gets in the way. You know, we get busy and doing things. So I thought, well I’m going to try it and see if it’s going to help with my adrenal fatigue. So I ordered one and put it on, and for three weeks, I wore this thing every day except for when I was sleeping. It was an adoration inside of me, just this worship.

SID: Just thinking about it.

BENI: Yes. It’s just turning my attention to him and worshiping. I just feel the presence right now just even talking about it. So just turn your attention to the Lord right now and just receive that healing. But it worked really good. And after three weeks, I remember. I remember so much. I stepped out of bed and it felt like something lifted off of me and I was completely healed. And I know that what put me over the edge is worship.

SID: Well you know, a lot of college students say science is taking them away from belief in God. You say the opposite.

BENI: The opposite.

SID: Give me a couple examples.

BENI: Well let’s talk about the blood. Okay. The blood, you have red.

SID: I like to talk about the blood, the blood of Jesus.

BENI: Yes. The red blood cells, the white blood cells and the plasma, and they call it, the blood is called the river of life. That’s what scientists call it. And what’s so unique about the white blood cells, if you know this, whenever you get sick your white blood cell count goes up, and what it’s doing is it’s, it will run to the infection and fight the infection for me, for you. And the little, those little cells, they’ll squeeze into places that are really hard to get to, to fight that infection. And I just think that’s wonderful and you can spiritualize that and say the blood of Jesus is just like that. The blood of Jesus comes and it sets us free. It just sets us free.

SID: You’ve spoken about this, but speak just a little bit about it’s not just emphasis on the spirit.

BENI: Yes.

SID: It’s not just emphasis on the soul.

BENI: Yes.

SID: It’s not just emphasis on the body. There is a balance.

BENI: Yes. There has to be a balance. I’ve been around people that sway way over to the fitness and then they forget about the spiritual. Because we are a tri-human being, body, soul and spirit, it all needs to be balanced. And I think what helps, well I know what helps is depending on the Holy Spirit to give you balance because he’s like, he’s like the patrolman in your life. He’ll say, okay, you’re getting a little carried away here, so bring it back to the middle and be balanced. And that’s what’s so beautiful, once again, the partnering with the Holy Spirit.

SID: And I was fascinated by just two simple concepts. Very few people understand this, that if we follow it, it would change our health. One is hydration.

BENI: Yeah. People don’t know that how important it is to hydrate your body. Your body is made up of at least 75 percent water and the only way you’re going to get that water. And you may think you’re sick, but a lot of times it’s just because you’re dehydrated.

SID: Now you also talk about the need for moving.

BENI: Yes.

SID: And I’m going to tell you something. In fact, would you go to our makeshift gym right now and I’m a little worried about this. She’s going to teach me weightlifting exercises. And I have to tell you a quick story though. Oh about five years ago, I was walking down the street and I really tripped. I felt like something actually, a demon just pushed me down, and I really hurt myself bad. And then it happened again, and I thought, something is wrong. And I have to tell you, I started going to the gym and just some basic cardio and weightlifting, nothing, no big deal. And it has made, I stopped falling. And I’m going to tell you something, you don’t need a miracle. Maybe you need some just practical wisdom. So let’s go to the gym.

BENI: I’m going to show you today three basic exercises you can do with weights. And if you don’t have weights at home you can use soup cans. They work just as well. And you always want to start with something that’s lightweight. So Sid, come on, you’re not going to get out of this. You’re going to join us today. I’m going to show you, the first one I’m going to show you is a tricep move, which is this part right here. And this is a hard part to get fit. So we’re going to take one of the weights, Sid.

SID: Okay.

BENI: And you’re going to put this part of your arm hooked to your side. Keep it hooked to your side and the only part you’re going to bend is the bottom part. So we’re going to bend it this way. I’m just going to do this way, just like that. How’s he doing? He’s doing good?

SID: So far, I’m doing good.

BENI: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SID: Okay.

BENI: Okay, so now let’s sit down on the chair

SID I thought I was done

BENI: ot yet.

SID: I was saying that’s easy.

BENI: Now I know some people can’t stand to do exercises. They may be in a wheelchair or whatever, but they can use their arms. So I’m going to do, you can do this standing or sitting. So the first exercise we’re going to do is a bicep curl. So we’re going, all we’re going to do is bring our arms up like this and we want to come down slow because working that slowly is just as well. Now why do we lift weights? To increase our muscle and what does muscle do? Muscle burns fat. Now I’m going to show you one more. Okay. We’re going to do a shoulder one. We’re going to bring our weights up like this and then all we’re going to do is bring it up and touch it, and bring it down. Now what you want to do is you don’t want to do a fast movement. Slow is better. And do about 10 of these, three times and you’re set. There you go, Sid. Look at you. Yeah, get it up there. Reach way up high. There you go.

SID: I’ll tell you what, when we come back God has such a sense of humor. Beni was laughing at her husband Bill. Wait until you find out what happened when she started to shake by the spirit of the Living God. Be right back.

SID: This understanding, I have never heard a message, a sermon on understanding. Yet you told me. You researched it. How many times is “understanding” in the Bible?

SHANE: Over 300 times, Sid.

SID: More than grace? More than belief? All these things that we have messages on.

SHANE: Exactly. And God focuses on understanding because whatever God says is the understanding. Where we come into fault is whenever God speaks to us and then we say, hmm, okay, I hear what you’re saying, now how can I do that, we begin to lean to our own understanding. And the Word of God says, “Lean not to your own understanding.” Whatever God has spoken he has already put all the thought needed into what he has said.

SID: Give me your best definition of understanding.

SHANE: Understanding, Sid, is revealed insight. Only God can reveal it and that’s what makes it understanding. That’s why God said, “All thy getting, get understanding.”

SID: Excuse me. Something jumped out at me when you said that. Do you know what God says? Not in some of your getting, in all of your getting.

SHANE: Yes.

SID: Get understanding. How do you pray for understanding? How do you recommend we pray for understanding?

SHANE: Oh Sid, just as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6, when he taught us how to pray he said, “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done” before “give us this day our daily bread”. So we have to ask the Father, here’s the situation, ask the Father, how do you want to handle this? What is your understanding of the situation? I want to see what you see. Once we get his will on Earth, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven, then we know what to ask for, that daily bread. So I need your understanding so I know how to pray. So that is how we get understanding. And you know what, Sid? We never have to ask God, will you give me understanding. I’ve searched the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Everyone who got understanding they literally requested it. They said, give me understanding. The Word of God, “Give me understanding and I shall keep thy law. Yea, I shall serve it with my whole heart.” I cannot keep nor observe your law until I get your understanding. I can’t minister in the gifts of the Spirit until I get your understanding. I can’t have a successful marriage until I get your understanding. My business will fail, Father, if I don’t get your understanding, which is the key and is the attraction to all success.

SID: You know, people use the natural and they think they’re using the supernatural. But the natural is confined to the limited thinking we have.

SHANE: That’s right.

SID: Whereas the supernatural, there’s no limit to what God has knowledge of.

SHANE: Amen.

SID: I mean, why would you want to deal with this amount of knowledge when you can deal with this amount of knowledge?

SHANE: Exactly. Sid, the Holy Spirit taught me years ago, God is only responsible for one thing and one thing only: His Word.

SID: What do you say is ultimate success?

SHANE: Sid, ultimate success is when we fulfill God’s original intent for our lives.

SID: There is, you say, there is an attractiveness.

SHANE: Yes.

SID: Even a favor when we grasp supernatural understanding. Explain.

SHANE: Exactly. Because what happens is whenever, let’s say you go to look for a job. When you look for a job, a lot of people are attracted to the big titles, the big salaries, the big corner office. They want all of these things. They’re attracted to those jobs, but what attracts the jobs to us? God himself said, “If you get the understanding,” that’s why he says, “In all thy getting, get understanding,” success is attracted to it. The job title is attracted to it. It’s attached to it. The wealth is attached to it.

SID: Give me a few keys.

SHANE: Oh the keys, you know, when Jesus said to Peter after he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that I am and who do you say that I am.” And then Peter himself said, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the Living God.” Then Jesus said, “I’m going to give you the keys of the Kingdom.” But Sid, I couldn’t find anywhere in the Word of God where Jesus literally gave Peter the keys. I wanted them so I could have that power. He said, “Whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, loose on Earth, loosed in Heaven.” So the Holy Spirit said to me, “Get a chronological Bible and right where Jesus gave Peter that promise I want you to find every time Jesus said something or something was referred to Peter from that point on in the presence of Jesus, and I will show you keys.” Sid, I found ten keys, ten keys of the Kingdom. And one of the keys happened whenever they were on Mount Transfiguration and Peter, James and John were so afraid. Peter was so afraid. The Bible says, he didn’t know what else to say, so he said, “Let us make tabernacles, one for you, one for Moses, one for Elijah.” And a cloud overshadowed them, and a voice came out of the cloud and said, “This is my son. Hear him.” The Holy Spirit said to me, “This is one of the keys of the Kingdom that you need to know. Don’t fear. Hear.” Many times we face situations and immediately we fear. No, no, don’t fear. Hear. Hear what I am saying to you. Another time occurred when Jesus was approached by the one and only Peter, and you know what he said? “Jesus,” evidently someone did something to him, “how often am I supposed to forgive my brother, seven times?” Jesus said, “No, 70 times seven.” That was a key right there. The Holy Spirit said to me, “Another key of the Kingdom that will give you power is unforgiveness is illegal for you and everyone else.” Then he further taught me, “You must forgive on contact. Right at the instance of the offense you have to forgive. Live a life of forgiveness.” There are total of ten keys that if we live this life we will have power. Do you remember when Peter went up with John to the Temple and there was a lame man there, and long story short, he said, “Look on us.” So he looked and received something, and he said, “Silver and gold have I none such as I have, give I thee.” What did he have? The keys. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the man rose up and he walked. That’s the power that we can have when we take the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, we just literally see the understanding of Heaven’s culture.

SID: I’ll tell you what. I need you to pray right now for supernatural understanding for our viewers. Would you do that?

SHANE: I promise. Father, I just thank you, by Yeshua, we thank you, Father God, for this opportunity right now. And I speak to every human spirit by the power of God and I thank you Lord God for releasing understanding, right now, revealing insight to everyone watching, everyone listening, and I apply the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ that would dare, dare, dare come, every foul force that would dare come against it, the blood of Jesus prevails right now. And Father, I thank you that not only do they receive understanding, but the power that comes with the understanding. Thank you, Lord God, that even as the spiritual realm does not open up to us, but we must open up to the supernatural realm, Father God, I pray for that release right now that they would open up to the supernatural realm to see what is to happen, to see what you’re seeing, to hear as you want us to hear right now. In the mighty and maximus name of Yeshua, it is so. It is so. Amen. Hallelujah.

SID: And the Messiah said, “It is finished.”

SHANE: Hallelujah. Amen.

Henry Wright (1350) 2003

Sid: I have on the telephone Henry Wright I’ve interviewed him previously also on our television show “It’s Supernatural.” And we’re talking to him about the causes of disease and better yet how to get free from disease and better yet how to get free from disease. And Henry has found in his search based on a question he posed to God; when he was a brand new pastor back in 1986. He asked God “Why God were people not healed?” Now some people were healed but the majority were not healed and God began to show him that there was a problem and it wasn’t a God problem it was a people problem. It was a righteousness problem and God doesn’t really have to heal us if we don’t deal with our sin it would almost be unfair for Him to do that and for us to walk around with our sin. So on yesterday’s broadcast Henry we found out that you have found the root door, or entry point, for 100’s of diseases. When people apply these principals they get healed. And we were talking about a specific disease high blood pressure which our society is plagued with. There are two ways to get rid of high blood pressure one way is for God to heal you, another way is for a doctor to give you medicine. So is the doctor getting in the way of God when he gives someone medicine and they don’t have to pray to deal with their unrighteousness issues or have a miracle? What’s your spin on that?

Henry: Well first of all the medical community knows that the high blood pressure is a result of an imbalance of the sympathetic nervous system producing a stiffening of a cardiovascular cell membrane. So they’re getting a drug which is a beta blocker to circumvent that pathway and cause a releasing of the tensioning of the cardiovascular system cell membrane wall so that it goes back to proper diameter the blood begins to flow properly and the blood pressure returns to normal. Now that’s the mechanism of the pharmacology of the issue, but if that high blood pressure is a result of a participation with unrighteousness which give thought for tomorrow is. In our last program we said that what we’ve seen is people who get high blood pressure and there are exceptions but this is probably accounts for 90% of the cases the scripture that we used is “Take no thought for tomorrow, the evil of today is sufficient unto itself.” People that get high blood pressure are projecting the potential failure of something in their life into something in the future which is a violation of scripture. Now with the drug doesn’t sanctify you; the fact that the drug hides the real problem.

Sid: It masks it.

Henry: It masks it so you got…

Sid: Even medically it’s probably doing you some harm because you mask it and you probably still have the problem somewhere in your body.

Henry: That’s why Paul called pharmaceutical drugs sorcery or witchcraft in Galatians 5 “The work of the flesh.” And it’s right in there with strife and murder and adultery and fornication.” Why did Paul call paramecia, pharmaceutical drugs, or pharmacist a work of the flesh? Because he knew that disease was a byproduct of our spirituality.

Sid: So answer this question, I mean we’re piggy backing right now but when I watch Christian television I see more talk about vitamins than I do about God healing.

Henry: Well unfortunately I’m not against body temple maintenance.

Sid: No, I take vitamins myself but go ahead. (Laughing)

Henry: The problem with nutrition but the kingdom of God is not meat or drink but is righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. So if you’re going to have joy in the Holy Ghost you can’t have that unless you have your peace, you can’t have your peace unless you have righteousness. You know in the doctrines of Christ in Hebrews 6:1 and 2 a faith in God is not number 1 it’s number 2. Number 1 is repentance from dead works.

Sid: Hm.

Henry: And we’ve been called as believers to be converted after we have opened our heart to God because you’re born again using that term does not mean that you have been converted in all areas of righteousness.

Sid: Well not only that you mentioned in our earlier broadcast that there’s such things as generational sins that you may not even know about that you have the repercussion of.

Henry: Well Christianity is split over the issue of generational sins, but I’ll tell you this, science knows that there are over 600 diseases that are genetically inherited. Physiologists and physiatrists also know that family inherit personality characters such as rage, anger and bitterness that’s flowing in the generations. Criminologists have seen it in the area of crime so there are ways of thinking that are not just peculiar to the individual but are peculiar to like generations of likeminded individuals. And out of that much disease comes… Getting back to high blood pressure for example high blood pressure is a byproduct of a fear and anxiety and distress disorder. Well God want you…God has not given you the spirit of fear in 2nd Timothy 1:7 “But power, love and a sound mind.” So ultimately high blood pressure is a disease because were not a doer of the word. And that’s what Deuteronomy chapter 28 says in the Torah that if you’re not a doer of the word in verse 15 and 16 and all of these curses and diseases shall come upon you and in there is astonishment of heart which is an anxiety classification. So high blood pressure is a byproduct and opens a door for the enemy to cause a disease on our bodies. Because we’re participating with unrighteousness and that is a door point.

Sid: So give me an example of someone that… a real person that you find the door point, tell me what it was and what happened.

Henry: Well first of all we know the pathway now of many diseases. A person can give me a disease that I know about and I can tell them their spirituality.

Sid: How many diseases?

Henry: Well I know over 160 diseases intimately and we’re researching now over 600 and various stages of understanding. Of course we understand disease finally from case history when God heals somebody.

Sid: Of course.

Henry: And 160 we now have under our belt we know intimately. And so from that standpoint I know a person’s spirituality. If a person gives me say “Well I have Diabetes 1, or I have fibromyalgia or I have allergies or I have for example high blood pressure.” I know that person instantly, spirit, soul and body. I know their thought process, I know their spirituality because I know that disease is a byproduct of it. Now to answer your question, the first thing we do in ministry is help people recognize the door point. Since the curse causeless does not come Proverbs 26 verse 2, or disease causeless does not come then there has to be a cause for it. So we want that person to recognize what type of sin they’re participating with that is giving the power of the enemy to produce this disease. Then we want them to take responsibility. I know what King David did in Psalm 51 when he was confronted with sin. He first took responsibility. He said “Against You and against You alone oh Lord have I done this sin.” So we want this person to take responsibility, then we want them to recognize, take responsibility and then repent to God for participating with it. God really wants us to recognize what is evil and what is good.

Sid: Now are there people that love God that the sins, they are not even aware of them, they’re not even thinking about them?

Henry: Unfortunately Sid we’ve got a big problem. In mankind what used to be called sin the Bible or unrighteousness as a spiritual problem is now considered to be a psychological defect.

Sid: What’s your spin on psychology, what about something like Jungian cell psychology?

Henry: Well in Indian psychotherapy Carl Jung’s position was this, is that “In the collective unconscious reside the archetypes and dark shadows of our ancestral darkness.” Well we can get into a long discussion when I think about that but I will tell you this that has clouded the real issue. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, our battle is not with the person’s psychology, our battle is not with myself or with you or somebody else. Our battle according to Ephesians chapter 6 is with “Principalities and powers of spiritual wickedness in high places and the rulers of the darkness of this world.” Those are the archetypes and dark shadows of Jungian psychotherapy.

Sid: But from what I understand he got a lot of his information as a channeler is that true?

Henry: (Laughing) Well in the writings of Carl Jung I’ll give you a direct quote, he said “All, that I have learned about the physic I learned from my spirit guide Philemon.

Sid: Oi vey! Anyway tell me about one real person with high blood pressure that got healed.

Henry: Oh, there’s been so many of them.

Sid: Well tell me one.

Henry: Well I had a man that was a member of our staff that had high blood pressure that was into anxiety and worry. See, let me talk about the healing. You cannot minister healing to a person with high blood pressure and expect God to heal them when they keep hanging on to fear of tomorrow. And so the healing of high blood pressure it’s a healing but there’s nothing organically wrong with the person’s body, there’s nothing wrong with the cardiovascular system in high blood pressure. All high blood pressure is a cause of tensioning of cell membrane but it’s usually a narrowing restricting a blood flow that’s causing an imbalance central nervous system for the mind and body connection. So to get somebody healed as a staff member was healed in our church last year who was worrying about what to do right and what’s going to be wrong and what’s going to be right. Is that when a person takes their peace and gives tomorrow to God…

Sid: In other words as you put it takes responsibility for sin and then repent.

Henry: Yes and say “God I’m sorry for taking thought for tomorrow I give tomorrow to You I’ll do what I can today, tomorrow will take care of itself.

Sid: Much better way to live (Laughing).

Henry: Well that’s God’s way that’s righteousness. And if that righteousness produces peace coming from that type of application becoming one with how God thinks releases the joy in the Holy Ghost. It brings us our peace, our joy and our happiness and that is the gospel.

Sid: So when this person came to their senses and repented what happened?

Henry: When they recognized, took responsibility and repented, and seriously said “God I want no more to do with this I’m taking my peace back in You; the hypothalamus recognized that they were at peace. And the imbalance of the sympathetic nervous system was broken and guess what happens then. Cell membranes semi-rigidity is finished, the blood vessels open back to proper diameter. The blood flows normally and the high blood pressure is a thing of the past as long as they practice righteousness. Jesus said it, “Go your way and sin no more.”

Sid: Carl Menninger said it in a book the famous doctor. He said as a manager of clinic the title of his book was “Whatever Happened to Sin?” I think that’s your message right there. Henry we’re slipping out of time cancer, are you having much success with that?

Henry: Incredible success with cancer.

Sid: You know the causes?

Henry: Well we know the causes but we also know why people aren’t getting healed.

Sid: I’ll tell you what were out of time today.

TVBackground_Winkler_SHOW804

Sid: Sid Roth here with Kyle Winkler and I sure hope you’re not driving but if you are don’t do what I’m about ready to tell you please. I want you to close your eyes because Kyle Winkler had a revelation that will totally change your walk with God, totally open up that destiny that the devils been trying to stop. So if it’s possible; if you’re driving pull over to the side of the road, or if you’re in a place where you can just sit down and close your eyes. Kyle you’re at the end of your rope the devil looks like he has won and then you have this revelation. Tell me about it.

Kyle: I had to go to the cross to meet the man on the cross; I had to go to behold this Lamb. I’m just going to describe it right now and take you there with me. And so I invite everybody to take their eyes off of everything else to behold this Lamb. Clear your mind of tomorrow’s worries and come with me to a hill outside of Jerusalem’s city walls. Here an innocent man and here is what I saw I saw an innocent man suspended on a tree between 2 criminals. And my eyes focused only on Him and focus now only on Him. Hanging there literally by nails piercing His hands and His feet; I understood in that moment and I’m going to tell you He knows what your pain feels like. There He dangles on the world stage naked, He knows what your rejection and embarrassment feels like. Here’s a man who was tempted and tried in every which way He can understand our weaknesses and so I beheld this sight. And then I beheld no greater love; I saw what God’s wonderful plan for my life was and it was right there it was Jesus dying so selfishly to give me a life of meaning and purpose and I took it all in until I was vulnerable again. And I started to feel there in my apartment room floor as my callous heart started softening that I gazed deeper into His wounds. The Lord took me there that’s where you focus on beholding that Lamb He took me to see His wounds which is where my healing really began to happen. And I want you to see listener to see that your pass and its wrongs are but a speck compared to the magnitude of the arms of grace stretched out across that rugged butchery being. And I encountered Jesus until the grips by which I was bound were loosened and burdened I carried all seemed to dissolved. But as I got closer to the foot of the cross I let the wonder of Calvary take over my senses. I looked up at my Savior and I saw His face spat on by other soldiers and I cried and I cried and I cried. And His eyes were bloodshot with sleeplessness; I saw that crown of thorns it was a garland of twisted together across the top of His head 1 inch garbs pressed down upon his maimed forehead as scarlet steams of blood raced down covering this sinless body. I just tell you to behold this Lamb of God the final once sacrificed once shredded that’s what He was shredded upon the altar of the earth. Oceans of wrath consumed Him and that’s where I saw wave upon wave of my sin taking over the man who knew no sin; every lash I felt His lash at that moment scourged at that moment scourged and this is hard to hear people I know but you have to hear it. His wounds will heal yours that Roman scourged had pieces of metal shrapnel attached to its cat o’ nine tails; every lash when it was pulled away it pulled away chunks of flesh, it pulled away tendons and arteries and nerves. There’s your deliverer filleted like a lamb from top to bottom. I saw this massacre, it’s a massacre unlike none other in history not an inch of his body was untouched by the cruelty. He was marred as the prophet Isaiah said beyond description. You know we see all kinds of movies that try to represent the passion of Christ in some way but you can still recognize him as a man. But Isaiah said that he’d be so beaten battered and bruised that you couldn’t even recognize him as a man and I tell you what that’ what I understood in that day. I wept and I wept as I saw my sin on Him all of that guilt and that shame and all of accusations. That wasn’t just my sin it was your sin and the sin of the whole world did that to Jesus. In that moment my sin became exceedingly sinful. I want people to understand that until you get to the point that your sin is exceedingly sinful you really won’t find true freedom. Because God promises that He will remove our enemies not our friends and too many of our enemies are our friends. We’ve got to get to the place where sin is our enemy but when I saw my sin upon Jesus and what it did to him in that moment it became my enemy and that’s when God came I the midst of my despair. And I heard these words that the Spirit began to minister to me He said “I want you to get off that floor” that floor was stained with tears and He said “I want you to write out a list of your wrongs the things that you had never dealt with and things that you dealt with but you obviously hadn’t because they were still haunting you, write them all out.” So I did and in a very painful few minutes. After I beheld this Lamb. I wrote out a record of my wrongs to where the end it looked like an indictment for my arrest. But then, and this was what switched it all, I heard the Lord minister to me and He said “I want you right now to draw a cross and write blood and draw a cross and write blood.” And so that’s what I did for the next 10 minutes or so. All I did on that record of my wrongs, all my sins were listed on that. I wrote a cross and I drew blood and that piece of paper was covered by the only 2 things that can actually cover for your sins, the blood of Jesus Christ and the cross that it was shed on. Then He said “I want you to rip that paper to shreds as a symbol that I have thrown your sin as far as the east is from the west.” And I want people to hear that for themselves today that at the cross that Lamb took your sins. It’s just what Colossians 2:14 – 15 says. That record of wrong that I created that record that stands against you was taken there to the cross and it was nailed, it was crucified. Its power, it’s influence, crucified in your life so that I could hear and you could hear the final words of Jesus on that cross and that’s what I heard when I ripped that paper to shred. I heard what we just went into in the last segment I heard God say to me “It is finished.” The slavery to sin finished, the guilt and shame finished, the question of does God love me can He use me finished! And I understood finally that the strategy that God prepared from the beginning of the time the Lamb slain from the foundations of the earth, which was put into action from 2000 years ago is still the source of our victory today. It’s still the ultimate gotcha, it’s still the place where we can take our bad and God turns it into good. It’s our place of identity exchange. At that cross you have to understand when Jesus hung there naked which meant that He was disrobed and you can read in scripture where the Bible says that the soldiers cast lots for His robe, the bargained for it they wanted a trophy of what they did that day but they didn’t understand the significance of that robe. That robe was a robe of righteousness, it’s the very identity, it was a very symbol of identity, personality, DNA of Jesus Christ. And I’m telling you today that robe still sits there at the root of the cross for whoever will go there and pick it up and put it on. This is why Paul tells us we can put on Jesus that we can cloth ourselves in Jesus, we can put on His blood, we can cover ourself in that righteous bondage breaking blood when we stand there at the foot of Calvary like I did that day. And we hear “It is finished” over our lives. We put on that new identity and in Christ God doesn’t see your sin change and the holes in your clothes He actually sees His clothes and His blood stains and His holy clothes which is Jesus and He says “There you’re accepted, you’re forgiven, you’re made right, you’re new, your chosen, I love you, I will use you.” That’s what God’s saying to you today that He wants to use you and He will. He’ll use you despite of you but He will use you because He loves you. Because He sent Jesus as the lamb to pay for your sins and when you behold it and you see it for yourself I’m telling you like it did for me it changes your life.

Sid: You told me you felt as though you were no longer partly transformed explain.

Kyle: That’s right I suddenly understood exactly what I had in Christ. You know the Bible says that “Old things pass away.” And heres that word again “Behold all things become new.” Paul said “I want you to see it; I want you to get it that in Christ that because what Jesus did everything that we’ve been talking about you are completely transformed. It’s not that you have one eye that’s old one eye that’s new or one leg that’s new one that’s old everything about you is new because it’s in Christ. You are given His identity and that’s what I felt. I had His identity, the rejection images of my past, the sins that I committed after I was a Christian all of those things were under the blood I now understood the identity that I was given at my salvation that I could walk it out and I could live in that victory and His victory every single day.

Sid: Now one of the DVDs that we’re making available today is the “Noose or the Nails.” Briefly what does that mean?

Kyle: That’s my story, that’s what I shared, God revealed to me the moment of the warfare. He said “Kyle you can go to the noose or the nails to be hung or to be held but other way you have to die.” You can either take all of that guilt or all of that shame and go down the road with Judas and be hung by a noose where the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, or you can take all of that guilt and shame like Jesus did and put it on His back, take it down the Via Dolorosa; the way of the cross where they will be crucified your flesh will be crucified by nails yes it too is death but death of flesh that a resurrected life above the influences of the devil can arise. And so that’s what that really is all about and I really believe that at the crossroads so many of us so many people that’s where they stand at the noose or the nails to be hung or to be held in holiness by the crucifying nails of Christ.

Sid: And very few Christians understand that He not only took our shame and totally understands by what He did, He not only took our sins and totally understands us by what He did, because He was sinless He couldn’t even relate until He took all of our sins.

Kyle: That’s it.

Sid: All of our sins, all of our hurts and all of our pains. And I love the Hebrew when it’s translated in Isaiah 53 which was written 800 years before He did this which says “He bore our illnesses and our sicknesses as well as our sins.” He bore them all, He carried them away and we have a choice we can either accept what He did or accept the lies of the devil. And I love your book “Silence Satan” because this book explains in such graphic detail, but then you talk about the strategies of Satan, the playbook of the devil and once and for all I love the way you say this, your teaching will shut down the enemies attacks his threats, his lies, his accusations once and for all. And you can dust yourself off and get on with your destiny…

Dr Mark Gabriel (1303) 2002

Sid: My guest by way of telephone is Dr. Mark Gabriel. I’m speaking to him in a city in Florida. Why am I being evasive? Well #1 that’s not even his real name. The reason I’m being evasive is, let me tell you his background. Mark was formerly a professor of Islamic history at the most prestigious Islamic university in the world. He has not only a Master’s degree, but a doctorate degree in Islamic studies. In addition to that 15 years ago if you were to talk to him you would have found him an Imam in a mosque in Egypt. That’s sort of like the pastor of a congregation. What he has to say I believe would change the thinking of most popular television, newscasters, and talk show hosts in America, even the president of the United States if he were to know this information. I am fascinated Mark that when you were in this major university in Cairo, Egypt you had an interesting professor that would come in from time to time. He was blind, tell me about him.

Mark: Yeah this blind man is called Dr. Omar Abdel Rahman, he was teaching the subject of the Quran commentary…

Sid: Now this man today is in prison because he was the mastermind before the first World Trade Center attack.

Mark: Yes he’s life sentenced now in Missouri I think.

Sid: I would be fascinated to know some of the things he taught you when you were in school.

Mark: He taught me when I was in first year at the university studying the Islamic history and culture in the department of Islamic history. He was teaching us the integration of Quran or the Quran commentary subject. From the first weeks I felt really… realized that this man is not normal professor like the other professors they start teaching us from the beginning of the first year, in that first year. So always I find him he just takes time with the verses the scriptures it speaks about the holy war against the enemies of Islam. He takes time to describe who is the enemies of Islam, which type of people, where they are located. Also he… what I would like to say that he memorized the entire Quran. He just take the side of the Quranic Medina, when I say Quranic Medina that means Quran has 2 parts. The first part was written in the 12 years which Mohammed lived in Mecca preaching his new relation and he was just talking about peace and reaching out. The people in Mecca you see in a kind way but after he immigrate to Medina we faced in the Islamic theology and in the Quranic subject that the second part revealed to him as he claimed in Medina speaking about for the first time about holy war against the enemies of Islam.

Sid: That’s very interesting. In other words, what you say is because there seems to be contradictory statements in the Quran, where if you took one group of statements you would say Islam is a peace loving religion, but if you take the other group of statements there very hateful diabolic writings. You’re saying before he went to Medina he was more peace loving, but after Medina, came this rhetoric of literally what we see today around the world.

Mark: Yes absolutely and this is what really causes the confusion in our world today. You will see some people in the secular media presenting Islam as a peaceful religion, but they supporting they claim by the verses who written in Mecca. But all the verses speak about that who written in Mecca but already was cancelled by the latter verses which was written in Medina. So for example, in Mecca he says when he asks about Christians and the Jews and he say that these people is the people of the book. These people they believing in God, these people believing in angles and the books of God, and the prophets of God, and there is no other further between us and them. Their religion is our religion their father it was Abraham, and our father is Abraham also. But when he came and moved to Medina the picture was changed. This is really… when you look to the Muslim Imam in Washington DC for example comes and interviews by the media here in the United States. He will present Islam as a fitful religion he will prove by Mecca verses, but when you come and just to listen to Osama Bin Laden or one of his peoples speaking about Jihad and holy war, and they must submit them to the authority of Islam. Islam came and cancelled any type of religion that came before. This is means… Osama Bin Laden and his people they are using these verses who was written in Medina.

Sid: Hmm. Well that sure explains that, but let’s go back to this mastermind of the first attack on the World Trade Center, this Omar Abdel Rahman. You asked him a question and you said “Why is it that you teach us all the time about Jihad, holy war?” What did he say?

Mark: See I said “Okay if he just keep using the Medina verses so what we going to say with the Mecca verses? Why he just take the side of the Medina verses?” So I did ask him “Doctor why do you keep teaching us and telling us about the verses of Medina, and you just forgot all the time the verses of Mecca? Why you present just Mohammed as the soldier, as the military guy, as the one he came just to fight and to kill and to die in the name of Allah? But you forget the kind way and the peaceful way he was lived in Mecca during the 12 years he was preaching Islam.” What he said to me, he said to me “My son you have to understand you cannot take the verses out of context. You Have to understand that Jihad is the head of the Islamic religion, and if you take Jihad outside of Islam you will take the head of the body of Islam. You will destroy Islam, Islam will not survive without Jihad.”

Sid: How did you react to that answer at that time?

Mark: This is… his answer was increased my confusion because as a person you see… it’s not going to be very exciting to me just to learn in a war, or to live with a hatred against other people. I was really… his answer was increased my confusion between the verses in Mecca and the verses in Medina. These 2 parts of life, what you call it in Mohammed’s life and it’s make me more confused, and also was pushed me to go further and search about very early Islam and the final picture about the Quranic teaching.

Sid: Let me read something where you quote where you quote from Surah 8:39 that comes from the Quran. In the Noble translation of the Quran let me read this. It says:

Fight them until there is no more fitnah (which means disbelief or polytheism or worshipping anyone) outside of their god Allah and the religion will be for Allah alone in the whole world.

So what this is saying is that according to the Quran that the Muslims should fight anyone that is not making Allah their god. What does fight mean?

Mark: Fight means to go and to kill or to die in the name of Allah. Fight to go and to conquer the non-Muslims people, or non-Muslims nations. I’ll just give you a little example about this verse. This verse comes with another verse in the same chapter also it’s called the diverse of the sword. Mohammed after he lived for 12 years in Mecca preaching his religion, or his revelation in a peaceful way. He was persecuted by the idol worshippers in Mecca, he immigrate to Medina. He lived in Medina for 1 year and this first year in Medina he looked out around himself and he find the majority of the community in Medina was a Jewish people, Jewish tribes, Jewish villages. He was very excited to have these people around him there, or to be in the middle of them there in Medina. He tried hard to work and to win the Jewish community in Medina. This is why he just claims Abraham as his father, and his religion is the religion of Abraham. Just he liked to, he liked to win, or working hard to win the Jewish community. When he was rejected by the Jewish community he start to prepare his power and his military and we start to face that the new verses come day after day. On one of these verses, the verse now we just read for me now, and the other one we see explain that he must go and fight this Jewish community or another people if they are living around him in Medina, or in Arabia later to submit them to Islam. He came and he explained that Islam came and cancelled Christianity, cancelled the religion of Judaism, there is no religion going to be worshipped after Islam. Islam is the final revelation, came with the final testament, came with the final prophet.

Sid: You know Mark I am really struck by the fact it’s so amazing. The same thing happened in Christianity some of the church fathers like Martin Luther started out by blessing the Jewish people, then when Jewish people rejected his overtures towards believing in Jesus it turned to hate, where even Adolf Hitler could not have come up with any stronger rhetoric against Jews than just the quotes of Martin Luther. Well look we’re out of time.
